particular, for the right reason, then God will look down with pleasure upon us, and will smile upon us and bless us. Thank God for such a promise! That brings us to the third and last point. You notice how the Apostle puts it: ‘Children, obey your parents. Honour thy father and mother’. Nature dictates it, but not only nature, the Law dictates it. But we must go beyond that to—Grace! This is the order—Nature, Law, Grace. ‘Children, obey your parents “in the Lord” ’. It is important that we should
